Authentic Worship
During our service there are moments where God speaks to us through the words of scripture and moments where we speak to God through songs, readings, and prayer. This conversation is always to remind us of God's covenant with us- that we are God's and God is ours.
We worship as a community, reminding ourselves that we don't do faith by ourselves.
Worship is always Christ-centered. We see to honor and glorify Christ as the primary goal.
Teaching from Scripture
Scripture is always central to our time of preaching during worship each week. The preaching of the word is not separate from worship, but is one of the times where God speaks to his people. As our pastors reflect on God's word and share these words with us, we are inspired, motivated, and encouraged to live in a way that follows in the steps of Jesus.
Visiting First Church?
Every Sunday we gather for worship at 9:30 am. After worship, pick up a welcome bag and join us in the lobby for coffee and a time of fellowship.
